We have a passion to:
– Help individuals have a personal relationship with Jesus in every area of their life.
– See lives and families restored and to be used by God to restore others.
– Preach, teach, train and counsel.
– Empower others to do the work of Jesus Christ.
Our Pastor
Pastor Ken & Pam Schad
We have served as Pastors in the local church here in Northwest Ohio since 2009. Prior to ministry, Ken had a long career in the business world. They have three children and five grandchildren.
“God has called us to preach the life-changing Gospel of Jesus Christ and to reach the unchurched. Our passion is to educate and disciple individuals that they may influence others in the home, marketplace, school and areas of recreation.”

Our church is not a place for spectators. It is a place for team members. Whether you are a five-year old child, a ninety-five year old grandmother, a busy mom, or a businessman with big responsibilities, we want you to be a part of our church community. Here is how you can connect at this church.
Be a Serve Partner
Our Serve Team is the crew that makes things happen on a Sunday morning! These team members help with the weekly functions of the church… Nursery, Coffee Team, Greeters, Sound, Worship Team and more! Catch up with Pastor Ken on a Sunday morning and ask how you can be part of the Serve Team!
Be a Prayer Partner
We believe that prayer is one of the most important factors in The Way Church launching successfully. As we seek the direction that Jesus has for us, we need others that are willing to hold our hands up in prayer. To be a prayer partner, email Pastor Ken and let him know you want to connect in prayer. You will received periodic emails that will help you to know how to pray.
